Euro pallets

The Euro pallet was standardized by various European railroad companies in the 1960s and became known as the “Euro pallet”. A contract regulates the production, repair and exchangeability of the pallets as well as Euro grid boxes. Later, the rights of the trademarks were transferred to the European umbrella organization of EPAL, which today sets the standards for the Euro pallets. The Pallet Quality Association (GPAL) specifies various quality classes. A high standard ensures a smooth logistics process, even internationally.

Düsseldorf pallets

The Düsseldorf pallet, also known as the half pallet, is more flexible than the larger Euro pallet due to its dimensions (600 x 800 mm) and its construction of plastic and steel angles, and is therefore used in the food, retail and industrial sectors.

The pallet can be picked up from all four sides, which increases its usability, and it is suitable for automatic machines. The load capacity is about 1000 kg, the dead weight is about 10 kg. Brekner Palettenlogistik GmbH offers a repair line for Düsseldorfer pallets and strives for continuous development in production and repair to offer customers the best standard.

Box pallets

The skeleton box is a robust load carrier system with stacking capability and flexible movement by common conveying equipment. It is used in the automotive industry and its suppliers as well as transport companies.

With a loading capacity of up to 1,500 kg, it is particularly suitable for heavy parts and pieces. The exchangeability is guaranteed by a sign of the railroad or pallet organization. Our repaired and reconditioned box pallets convince by their quality.

Disposable pallets

Disposable pallets are designed for one-time transport and are usually not very durable. They are used as loss packaging and are used in export.

Standard sizes are 800 mm × 600 mm, 1200 mm × 800 mm and 1200 mm × 1000 mm. Unlike the reusable pallet, there is no exchange for the one-way pallet. Brekner Paletten Logistik GmbH produces individual one-way pallets in desired size and load capacity. Used disposable pallets are also available and can be customized to fit production and logistics operations to save money and protect the environment.
